EVENT RESPONSIBILITY SHEET -- this sheet provides a breakdown of classroom responsibilities for events throughout the school year. (ex: Christmas program refreshments)

HASA-SPONSORED EVENT DESCRIPTIONS -- this form provides detailed descriptions of each HASA event.

SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES FORM -- this is a form families are asked to complete and return to school; here many service opportunities are provided for families to consider in obtaining their 75 hours of service to the school.
