Kindergarten Roundup

Children who will be five (5) years of age BY AUGUST 1, 2010 are eligible to attend Kindergarten for the 2010-2011 school year. It is important for these children to attend Kindergarten Round-Up. This allows an opportunity for entry requirements to be met. If you wait until Fall to complete this process, more than likely school will be delayed.

ROUND-UP will be held at the
HONEYWELL CENTER LOBBY AREA
DATES: March 3  & March 4
TIMES: 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

St. Bernard Kindergarten Entrance Requirements:

• Official court approved birth certificate
• Physical examination & immunization history
• Pre-Kindergarten student data sheet
• Dental examination
• Lead testing (optional)

ALL COMPLETED FORMS MAY BE
TAKEN TO KINDERGARTEN ROUNDUP.
